what “one screen” means,
exactly.

Count layouts, not pictures.

Our sizes are counted in screens, so the word has to mean one thing. Here it is: a screen is a layout that exists nowhere else in the product. Everything that happens on that layout belongs to it, and comes with it. That one definition is the difference between a fair price and a surprise.

In short

  • At weekone, one screen is one unique layout. Its states, overlays, modals and responsive versions come with it.
  • A settings page with three dialogs is one screen. The web and mobile versions of a page are one screen.
  • Sizes: Launch up to 10 screens, Product up to 30, Platform up to 60; sites on Framer: Launch 10, Company 25, Publisher 50.
  • Not sure which size fits? Send your link or sitemap on WhatsApp and we'll tell you.

The rule

one layout, everything on it.

Loading, empty, error, full. A tooltip, a dialog, a toast. Light and dark. The phone version. None of these is a new screen — they're the same screen doing its job, and drawing them is part of the price.

We count this way on purpose. If states were extra, the cheapest quote would always be the one that left them out — and you'd find out on launch day, looking at an empty table nobody designed.

Plate IIOne screen: the layout with its loading, empty, error and full states.

Examples

what counts, and what doesn't.

WhatCounts as
A settings page with three dialogs1 screen
A dashboard, on web and on mobile1 screen
A table: loading, empty, error, full1 screen
A form and its success message1 screen
A blog index and a blog post2 screens
An admin view and a customer view of the same data2 screens

The test is simple: would you draw it from a blank frame, or from a copy of a screen that already exists? Blank frame, new screen. Copy, same screen.

Your size

a quick way to count yours.

List the pages people will see, once each. Leave out states and the mobile version — they're included. Then read across:

SizeScreensFigma+ code
Launchup to 10$2,900$6,800
Productup to 30$5,900$13,800
Platformup to 60$9,900$22,800

A marketing site with home, pricing, about, blog, a post, contact and a 404 is seven screens: Launch. A SaaS with onboarding, a dashboard, its core flows and settings usually lands in Product. Two sides — admin and customer — with roles and reports is Platform territory.

Between sizes

when you're one or two over.

Sizes have room on purpose; most products don't land exactly on a number. If you're well past the limit, take the next size. Past 60, it's a Month: planned in weeks, priced per week and agreed up front.

And remember the brief is the scope. A screen that appears after day 1 goes into the day-6 notes if it's small, or into a new week if it isn't.

Send us your link or sitemap on WhatsApp and we'll tell you which size fits. Or start smaller: six variations of one screen in 48 hours, for $490, credited to the week you book after.

“if it has its own layout, it's a screen. if not, it's included.”
