terms of the week.

    Who we are

weekone is a trading name of BEY AGENCY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16435596), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. “We” means BEY AGENCY LTD; “you” means the business that books the week.

  2. 02

    What you buy

Design work sold by size and output: Launch, Product or Platform (up to 10, 30 or 60 unique screens; sites on Framer: up to 10, 25 or 50), in Figma alone or with front-end code or a Framer site. Delivered on day 7 (Figma) or day 14 (with code or Framer).

  3. 03

    Add-ons and the starter

Add-ons are sold at a fixed price and delivered with the week. The $490 starter (six variations of one screen in 48 hours) comes off a week booked within 30 days after it.

  4. 04

    Sold to businesses

weekone is for businesses, buying for their business. By booking, you confirm that’s you. If you are a consumer, the rights the law gives you still apply and nothing here takes them away.

  5. 05

    Payment

Every price is the total. You pay once, upfront, through our payment provider. The week starts the working day after we receive your brief. Prices are in US dollars and do not include taxes your country may add. A payment that is reversed or charged back counts as unpaid until it is paid again.

  6. 06

    The brief

Everything we design is based on the brief you send after payment, so it is yours to get right. Changes to the scope after day 1 are taken into the day 6 notes or moved to a new week. A paid week waits 90 days for its brief; after that, what you paid stays as credit towards a week booked within 12 months.

  7. 07

    What a screen is

A screen is one unique layout. Its states, overlays, modals and its mobile version come with it. If the brief lists more screens than the week covers, you choose before day 1: move up a size, trim to the limit, or split the work into two weeks.

  8. 08

    One round of notes

You send your notes in one go, from one person: on day 6, and on day 13 for code or Framer. Notes not in by 12:00 on that day count as a yes and the week moves on. Notes that change the brief go to a new week.

  9. 09

    What you send us

You confirm you have the right to use everything you send us — logos, copy, images, fonts, data, access — and to let us use it for the work. It stays your responsibility, and you will cover us for any claim that comes from it.

  10. 10

    Front-end only

We design and build the parts people see and touch. Servers, databases, APIs and hosting stay with you or your developers. Code is handed over working in the current versions of the major browsers, in the stack you chose. Deployment, the security of your systems and your product’s compliance with the laws that apply to it stay with you.

  11. 11

    Fonts and other assets

We design with free-licensed fonts, icons and images, or the ones you supply. If a design uses a paid font or asset, its licence is yours to buy for your own use.

  12. 12

    How we work

We use professional software in our process, AI-assisted tools included. Everything we deliver is reviewed and finished by us, and it is yours as set out under Ownership.

  13. 13

    Ownership

When the week ends and payment has cleared, the files, code and Framer site are yours; if you withdraw before the handoff, the work made so far is. We keep our know-how, our methods and the general building blocks we use across projects; that never limits your use of what we delivered.

  14. 14

    Showing the work

We keep the right to show the work we make for you — in our portfolio, on Plates, in showcases and on social media — including after a withdrawal or a refund. If it has to stay private, send us your NDA before day 1; once signed, it decides what we show and when.

  15. 15

    Confidentiality

Your brief, your access and anything you mark confidential stay between us. The work we make for you can be shown as set out under Showing the work.

  16. 16

    Changing your mind

Until we send you the first Figma preview link, we refund in full, less our payment provider’s fee. After that, and until the handoff on the last day, you can withdraw: we refund 50% of what you paid and the work made so far is yours. The full policy is on the Refunds page.

  17. 17

    After the handoff

The week ends at the handoff and counts as delivered. Tell us about a defect in our work within 7 days and we fix it, free. New work or changes are a new week.

  18. 18

    If a day slips

If illness or something outside our control holds the week up, we tell you the same day and deliver as soon as we can; if we can’t deliver at all, we refund what you paid for the part we didn’t deliver. If the week waits on you — a late brief, missing access, late notes — the days move with it.

  19. 19

    Liability

We do our best work in the time we have. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the week. Nothing here limits a liability the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

  20. 20

    Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you paid is the one that applies to your week.

  21. 21

    Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts decide any dispute. Before that, write to us: most things are solved in one email.
