Who we are
weekone is a trading name of BEY AGENCY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16435596), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We decide how your personal data is used here, which makes us its controller under UK data protection law. Write to hi@weekone.dev about anything on this page.

What we collect
When you book: your name, email, billing address and, if you add them, your company and tax ID — collected by our payment provider, which passes us the name, email, package and amount. Card details go to the provider only; we never see them. During the week: your brief, the contact who sends the notes, and the files, links, notes and feedback you send. When you write to us: your emails and WhatsApp messages.
- 03
When you browse
We count page views with privacy-friendly analytics that use no cookies and don’t identify you or follow you across sites. Our hosting keeps short-lived server logs, IP addresses included, to keep the site secure.
- 04
Why we use it
To deliver the week you paid for and email you about it (our contract with you); to keep invoices and tax records (the law); to keep the site secure, prevent fraud and improve the site (our legitimate interests); and to show your line on the Work page, only if you agree to it in the feedback form (your consent, which you can withdraw any time).

Who helps us
Stripe takes payments and issues invoices. Vercel hosts the site. Neon stores our database and your uploads, in Frankfurt, Germany. Resend sends our emails, from Ireland. Telegram carries internal notifications of bookings and briefs to us. WhatsApp carries the messages you choose to send there. Figma, GitHub and Framer hold the work we hand over. Each one handles data only to provide its service. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.

Outside the UK
Some of these providers are in the United States. Data goes to them under the UK’s international data transfer agreement, the EU standard contractual clauses or the UK–US data bridge, so it keeps the same level of protection.
- 07
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records: 6 years, as UK tax law asks. Briefs, files, messages and feedback: up to 2 years after your week, then deleted. Server logs: around 30 days. Analytics are counted in aggregate and hold nothing personal. Ask, and we delete earlier wherever the law lets us.

Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. Write to hi@weekone.dev; we answer within a month. If you’re unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Security
Everything travels encrypted. Uploads sit in private storage, opened only through short-lived links. Your week’s page lives at a private, unguessable address — anyone you share it with can see it, so keep it like a password.
- 10
Children
weekone is for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
- 11
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date. If a change matters to a week in progress, we tell you.
