Until we send you the first Figma preview link, none of the work has reached you. Change your mind and we refund in full, less our payment provider’s fee, which it doesn’t return to us.

A preview link puts the designs in your hands. From then until the handoff on the last day — day 7, or day 14 with code or Framer — you can still withdraw: we refund 50% of what you paid and the work made so far is yours. No reason needed.

Because the week is spent either way: it’s booked for you alone, and from the first preview every screen is yours to keep. Half back takes most of the risk off you; the other half pays for the week you used.

One email to hi@weekone.dev, from the address you booked with, before the handoff. No form, no call.

We send the refund within 2 working days, back to the card or account you paid with. Banks take 5–10 days to show it.

Once the files are handed over, the week counts as delivered and the 50% no longer applies. A defect in our work that you report within 7 days is fixed free.

The $490 starter is refunded in full until you send us the screen. Once the six variations are delivered it isn’t refundable — instead, its $490 comes off a week booked within 30 days.

A size upgrade or an add-on becomes part of the week’s total. The 50% applies to that total, once per week.

A refund doesn’t take back our right to show the work we made — in our portfolio, on Plates, in showcases and on social media. The Terms, under Showing the work, say how an NDA changes that.

Write to us before you dispute a payment with your bank: we answer within a working day. A payment disputed without telling us counts as unpaid until it is resolved, and the work stays ours until then.

This policy adds to the rights the law gives you; it doesn’t take any away.
